   We opened our doors in April 2002 with the goal of providing the highest quality

   care in a professional and friendly atmosphere. In 2005 a new branch, Motionworks

   Industrial Safety, was added to offer drug and alcohol testing, ergonomic assessments,

   and safety services. Motionworks is owned by Dana and Garland Terry, and is not    

   affiliated with any other healthcare agency.
